Alex Franklin died sometime after being pushed about by a group of young people.
However, it was said that his death, which was unascertained, was not caused by that incident.
He was filmed being pushed about by six young people in Mill Road during a confrontation on 29 July 2019. He died in the early hours the following day from what was thought to have been a heart attack.
However, after viewing the footage the police said that they would be taking no further action and urged anyone that had shared the video to delete it.
Alex Franklin had been a police community support officer for eleven years.
